Security and lifts
Security is in three tiers, with face recognition and licence-plate recognition, a guardhouse at the entrance and a concierge in the ground-floor lobby. Each tower has 5 passenger lifts and 1 service lift.
For example, each passenger lift serves about 126 of the tower's 630 homes, and a family moving in uses the service lift for its furniture.

Who designed the facilities
The landscape is by XSiTE Design Studio of Bangkok, a multiple winner of TALA awards, and the interiors are by Index Design of Singapore, best design firm of the year in Singapore in 2021. The architect is GDP Architects, whose awards include the Aga Khan Award.
For example, the pool deck and gardens are the Bangkok studio's work, while the gym, yoga and co-working rooms are the Singapore studio's. A 360° virtual tour is online.
Who the facilities suit
Suits
Families with young children: five children's pools, eight play spaces, a kindergarten and a childcare centre. For example, parents of two under-sixes have a pool, a playground and care in the same podium.
Think twice if
you want a rooftop pool or sky lounge. The facilities are on the podium above the car park, not on the roof. For example, a buyer who wants a city-view pool should look at a different building.
